Seoul 2012

Hello!

I'm pretty much excited for 2014.
Firstly, I don't have school to attend until mid-2014, In Shaa Allah (hopefully).
Secondly, I'll be working, and that only means one thing: ka-ching!
Thirdly, I'll be going for a good 13D12N to South Korea with my close friend, and this only means one thing, FUN!

So, since I'm a tad too excited for the upcoming trip, I'm reminiscing those days I went to Seoul in 2012, for 12D11N, and yes, by now you would realize that I spend quite a number of days when going to Seoul. Well, I thought, if I've already paid hundreds of bucks on the flight, why would I want to come back so soon?

So last year was more for the music part of South Korea, yes Kpop.
But the upcoming one? More of touristy kind of trip. Yeap!

I know it's already a year since my last trip to Korea, but hey, it's never too late to share! (:
So let me just show some pictures that I took with my decent digital camera.
This was on my way to Incheon Airport, in China Eastern flight.
Well, unlike the many bad reviews about China Eastern/any China related flight that I've heard about,
the one I took was pretty much smooth-sailing. I really loved the journey, although I had to transit at Shanghai/Pudong.

Shinchon Hostel
So, my accommodation was a budget one, because we were on tight budget plus we didn't want to waste money on accommodation. So I stayed at Shinchon Hostel which is very near Ewha Women's University. The neighbourhood was safe, since it was around a woman's university. Furthermore, why waste money on hotels at city center when you can do last minute shopping even in this neighbourhood itself? Trust me, Etude House, Holika Holika, A'pieu was all near by!
This place was a shopping area itself! So, the hostel did good to me!
And yes, I'll be back in this hostel again next year! Yes! I can shop for make ups till my very last day in Seoul!

Namsan Tower.
It was only 5pm, but it was already dark and foggy!
So it was pointless to go up the tower, which will only waste my money.
Hence the 2014 trip, I will be going up the tower! Yay!

Hello Kitty Cafe!
Everything inside was pink, and it was so cute!
I was going crazy for the pink, not much of the Hello Kitty part!
And now, I'm craving for their chocolate waffles! Yummy!

 Cube Studio & Cafe!
This was the only cafe that I've spent quite a few days at! I think 2/3?
But it was all worth it, for B2ST, my boys.
Though I didn't see any of them, but at least I saw few others!
The building lit up really nicely at night!
And the waffles is really nice!

Beast HEAD fansign.
I went there just to get a glimpse of them, just to make myself feel better that the trip was all worth it!
And yes, it definitely was.
At first, it was just their heads that I could see when they came, but patience is all it takes.
When they left, I was just standing around near the way they were walking towards their car, and yeap!
Jang Hyunseung just appeared right in front of my face.
And I went crazy because I was soooooooooo close to him, and then something happened, which explains why I only had his photo taken, and not the other 4.
(p/s: Dujun was not in Korea at the time I was there. Filming for Iris 2. T.T)

Incheon Airport.
It was a morning flight, so yea.
This was the last photo I took of Korea.

That is pretty much it! All other photos were inappropriate for me to post.
I'm really excited for my upcoming trip! 116 days left, and I'm out of this country!

One advice: no matter how much you hate KPop, do visit Korea. It really is a beautiful country, which explains why I'm returning there again! Wee!
